There were so many pretty bouquets this summer that I thought they deserved their own post. We created everything from very modern bouquets, to exuberant wildflower bouquets, to refined teardrops, to the most classic of white rose bouquets. As always, my favorite moment of every one of our weddings is that moment when I hand the bride her bouquet. I just gives me shivers.
If you would like to see more of the wonderful bridal bouquets we have created over the years, hop over to the Bouquets Gallery
When I have a consultation with a bride, one of the first things I ask about is the bouquet. I want to know what they picture themselves carrying down the aisle. Bouquets are the most personal part of the floral palette. What you choose for your bouquet tells me almost everything I need to know about the style of your wedding. Is it classic? Is it minamalist and modern? Is it a carefree wildflower bouquet, what we call our fresh-picked, hand-gathered look? It gives me insight into the flowers you love and the colors that make you happy.
When you start designing your wedding, take a moment, close your eyes, and imagine what is in your hands as you walk down the aisle. The rest will come easy once you have that.
